Bio
For introduction
Hai Thanh Phan is a PhD student in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) Department at Carnegie Mellon University, advised by Prof. Marios Savvides. His research interests are neural architecture search, automated Machine Learning, deep learning for Computer vision problems: image classification, facial recognition, face detection. For upcoming research, he wants to explore other interesting problems in Natural Language Process and combine it with Computer Vision. He obtained Bachelor’s degree from University of Science, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and Master’s degree in ECE from Carnegie Mellon University. He served as a reviewer of IEEE Access, ICLR 2019, and ICLR 2020.
